Woodlawn Row Houses
The City of Buffalo owned Woodlawn Row Houses (red - marker) sit diagonally opposite the new home of Performing Arts Hight School. 150 feet away from the main entrance (green - marker) and less than 75 feet (yellow - marker) away from a side entrance. !br!!br!NYS and the City of Buffalo are spending 30 million dollars to rehab this school. There is no money in the budget to properly secure and market these row houses that received "local land-mark" status" by the Preservation Board in 1983.
